All presenting authors must complete their registration by the designated deadlines to secure their place in the conference program. Abstracts from authors who fail to register within the specified timeframe may be removed from the final conference program and proceedings.
Participants are strongly encouraged to complete their registration early to ensure smooth planning and participation.
Submissions will be accepted from March 20, 2026 to June 15, 2026. Abstracts submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
As a one-time exception, late poster abstracts may be submitted until July 31, 2026. Submissions received after this deadline will not be accepted.
Participants are encouraged to prepare and submit their abstracts well in advance of the deadlines. Early submission helps ensure adequate time for review, scheduling, and inclusion in the final conference program.
