Abstract Submission Guidelines for Review Process: BioNanoSeries 2026

We invite researchers, clinicians, industry professionals, and students to submit abstracts to the BioNanoSeries 2026. Please follow the guidelines below for proper submission and review.

♦ Abstract Submission Guidelines

Submission Deadline

  • Submit your abstract before the official deadline listed on the conference website.
  • Late submissions will not be considered.

Track / Symposium Selection

  • Clearly indicate the selected track during submission.
  • Choose the theme that best aligns with your bio-nano research.
  • Abstracts will be reviewed by the respective scientific committee.

Format Requirements

Length: Maximum 300 words.

Title: : Clear, concise, and reflective of the main contribution.

Authors & Affiliations:

List all authors and institutional affiliations.

Indicate the presenting author with an asterisk (*).

Content Structure

Your abstract should include:

  • Background and objective
  • Methodology or approach
  • Key findings or expected outcomes
  • Scientific and/or translational significance

Keywords: Maximum 5 keywords.

Language: English only.

File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx) only (PDF not accepted).

Submission Process

  • Submit abstracts through the official Bio-Nano Conference 2026 submission portal.

Submission Limit

  • Maximum two abstracts per registered author.
  • Maximum two presentations (one oral and one poster).
  • The presenting author must be an author or co-author of the work.

Double-Blind Peer Review

  • Reviewer identities remain confidential.
  • Author identities remain confidential.
  • Each abstract will be evaluated by multiple reviewers

  • Originality and innovation
  • Scientific rigor and methodology
  • Clarity and structure
  • Potential impact in bio-nano research and applications

Notification of Acceptance

  • Authors will be notified via email once the review process is completed.
  • Accepted authors will receive presentation format, session timing, and logistical details.
  • Revisions may be requested based on reviewer feedback.
  • Revised abstracts must be submitted by the specified deadline.
